During Nevada’s 2015 Legislative Session, Senate Bill
No. 483 (SB 483) was passed and signed into law by Governor Sandoval.
This bill mandates all business entities to file a Commerce Tax return. To
avoid duplicate registrations of businesses, you are required to update your
account with your Nevada Business ID (example: NV20151234567) obtained from the
Nevada Secretary of State.
