Registering a new business to file and pay online is simple if you have your federal ID (FEIN, SSN, ITIN) and general knowledge of your business.

Why register your new business online with My Nevada Tax?
- New businesses may register online and pay fees and security deposit (starting December 9, 2024).*
- Your permits will be issued and can be printed online immediately provided all fees are paid and the information entered is valid and complete.
- Your confirmation may be printed to present to cities/counties as proof of compliance.
- There is no additional fee for registering online.
*Note: You will need a Nevada Business License to file your business taxes first.
