Nevada Tax Online Account

If you do not have a Nevada Tax Online Account for filing your tax return electronically, we recommend you establish one as soon as possible.

• Visit https://www.nevadatax.nv.gov/
• Click “Sign Up Today!”
  • You will need: A username of your choice, your first and last name, phone number, an email address and a password of your choice.
• Follow the on screen instructions.
• Once completed, you may log in immediately with the username and password just created.
• If you have an existing business registered with the Department of Taxation you will need to enter your Business Name and 10-digit Tax ID number.
• Follow the on screen instructions to Verify Your Business using the Nevada Tax Access Code found on the Welcome to Nevada Commerce Tax letter.
• Once completed you will be able to see the new Commerce Tax account type listed in your Business details.
