Due to a recent security incident resulting in statewide network disruptions, the Department of Taxation remains temporarily closed. Access to Department websites, online services and office phone lines may be unavailable during this time.

Tax payments or other filings impacted by the outage will receive a two-week abatement of any penalties, interest or other statutory or regulatory enforcement measures, effective upon the restoration of services.
