2025 Updates

Additional: For specific information about using My Nevada Tax please see the My Nevada Tax FAQs.

12/15/2025 Update:

  • While the Department of Taxation continues to expand digital delivery of notices, we are dating our notices based on the day we expect to submit them to the USPS for physical mailing. This practice ensures that taxpayers receive their full rights for all time-sensitive materials. Due to this configuration, taxpayers may see items in My Nevada Tax that appear to be dated in the future. This practice is intentional and designed for taxpayer benefit. No action by the taxpayer is needed.
